Frank is a graduate of the University of South Florida, Tampa with a business degree in accounting. Upon graduation, he founded Snell Isle Realty and later incorporated St. Petersburg Realty. Following the sale of Snell Isle Realty to a national firm, he helped launch the Smith & Associates office in St. Petersburg (Tampa Bay’s leading luxury home sales office). Between his list of contacts, vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay market and affiliations with numerous clubs and charitable organizations, he is unsurpassed locally.
