Frank’s professional memberships include the Pinellas Realtor Board, Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Board and the International Real Estate Federation (U.S. Chapter).  He is a graduate of the University of South Florida, Tampa with a business degree in accounting. Upon graduation, he founded Snell Isle Realty and later incorporated St. Petersburg Realty. Following the sale of Snell Isle Realty to a national firm, he helped launch the Smith & Associates office in St. Petersburg (Tampa Bay’s leading luxury home sales office). Between his list of contacts, vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay market and affiliations with numerous clubs and charitable organizations, he is unsurpassed locally.

Rebecca is a Tampa Bay native and resident of St. Petersburg. She has lived in many cities throughout Florida, as well as Virginia, Washington D.C., New York, and Italy. She is a licensed REALTOR® both in Florida and formerly in Virginia with a real estate background in luxury waterfront residential sales, historic properties, estates, land development, vacation homes, property management, and relocation. Prior to joining Smith & Associates, Rebecca worked for the luxury boutique firm Select Properties of Virginia (Richmond and Irvington, VA), an exclusive affiliate of Christie’s Great Estates, where she was honored as one of the company's top producing agents.

Mark is involved in numerous community organizations such as the American Legion & the First Baptist Church of St. Petersburg. He also is a member of the St. Petersburg Yacht Club. Mark is a founding and leading member of the Allendale Terrace Neighborhood Watch program. For over 15 years, Mark and his wife Elaine generously shared their home with and cared for over 50 foster children.  They adopted two beautiful daughters who are now 15 & 16. Mark's cousin, Bill Foster, is the current mayor of St. Petersburg, Florida.
