South Pasadena
South Pasadena is a small, quiet Florida Gulf coast community nestled conveniently between southwest St. Petersburg and the southern beaches of Pinellas County. Its location is just moments from beautiful white Gulf Beaches, excellent shopping, medical facilities and nearby cultural and sports events.
Initially consisting of Mediterranean estate style homes built in the 1920's, land was eventually split by the existing land owners and sold buyers throughout the 1950's and 1960's. Today one can still see the old estates surrounded by more modest wood frame homes. Now some of these older homes are being remodeled, or torn down and rebuilt with luxury waterfront homes that range in styles one would see in Key West to modern Mediterranean Villas.
