The seller is offering owner financing terms & will guarantee a minimum price per ton of grapes yielded. There is no equipment to purchase, as Rabbit Ridge will provide the equipment. The only additional operational costs for the purchaser will be contract labor, diesel, chemicals and utilities (please call for estimated costs). Sellers are willing to trade grapes for some of these operational costs, so there is no capital outlay for the purchaser.
