Among the oldest neighborhoods
in Tampa, Beach Park is graced with 200 to 300 year
old oaks, towering palms, and other indigenous flora.
During the "boom" of the 1920's, some 30
large Mediterranean style homes were built for the "well
to do." This provides a beautiful accompaniment
to the new homes being built throughout the existing
neighborhood. Its community spirit is deeply rooted
in tradition and character.
